So I know I'm quite late with the whole Jubilee thing, but I've been so busy I've not been able to put up my little Jubilee post!
My sisters & I organised a Jubilee Party for our friends on the Tuesday night and it was great fun! We went all out with the food and decoration - plenty bunting, flags, candles and anyone for jelly in our Grandmothers' china cups along with saucers? ;) Incredibly cute, and incredibly surprised none were broken on the night! Note: only on the night, a couple of days later a couple got broken in the kitchen by accident...
For my nails I went for some nail art, Union Jacks, red, gold, royal blue - and those golden blobs are my attempt to draw crowns on my nails that didn't go exactly as I planned. But still got some lovely compliments from people and customers at work on my very patriotic nails, and they lasted for days - even though I forgot my Topcoat!
Added some pictures of the food we made in as well, I just love how British it all looks! And it was all handmade, the large Union Jack cake, all the cupcakes, the lettuce leaves with mango & coronation chicken (these tasted amazing!) and our 'Queen of Hearts Jam Tarts'! Of course, it wouldn't be a jubilee party without little triangle sandwiches with various fillings and no crusts!
The theme for all the guests was to dress in red, white and blue - so I wore a white lace dress, white and hessian heels, blue cardi & belt and for red - my lipstick as I own no red clothing! I obly have one picture and it's absolutely awful so I'll save you from it & leave you with the other pretty jubilee pictures instead.
Hope you like!
Love your nails & omg those cupcakes look delicious!

The coronation leave things tasted absolutely amazing, wasn't sure how well they'd go down but they went down pretty well (funnily enough, by all the girls!)
