Cranberry Fizz.

Jumper - Johnstons of Elgin
Skirt - Matalan 'Be Beau' range
Necklace - H&M
Shoes - Topshop Alibi Boots

I love nothing more than a good comfy jumper, and this is the newest to my collection, my Johnstons of Elgin Cashmere cable knit. I got it as part of my Christmas from my parents and it's like, very soft and comfy!
So I did a first since I've received it and paired it with my printed skater skirt so that I could feel comfy, stylish and a bit smart.

I'll admit, this was an outfit I wore on Wednesday for a Uni final presentation, and once that was done - so was all my exams/courseworks/ deadlines! So I've spent the past few days just chilling with the girls, my boyfriend and having a couple nights out and cocktails.  Though today has been a lazy pyjama day, and I've loved every minute, cooking food, watching The Hills... perfect!

I've also started using this great fashion site and amazing style resource, StyleSaint, where every user is the sites muse, but more on the site in a separate future blog post - it's worth of its own!

My nails too in this post, the base colour is Topshop's Thread Bare which I absolutely love, and my gold flaked topcoat is OPI's Man with A Golden Gun - so real 18k gold! Looks stunning and it's lasted so long without chipping at all. It's so pretty and unique.
I will need to show you all more looks with it in the future, it's really gorgeous and another great polish from O.P.I.

I hope you like this look, and I have more reviews/ posts planned for you soon - and now that I have some time between work and going back home from placement, the plan is to get some blogging done. My New Year's resolution of blogging 3x a week has so far not been successful, but I blame exams for that ;)
For now, I'm off to go get ready and go across for a lazy evening watching a film with my boyfriend, and I think homemade pizza is on the menu too (always delicious, and always entertaining watching him make it!)

Much love!

  1. Lovee your nail varnish! I'll definitely be purchasing the Topshop one, you cannot beat a good nude/slate nail <3. The jumper and skater skirt combo works so well, you look lovely!
    Now following:) x

    1. Thank you Zoey!
Definitely cannot beat a staple nail colour, the fact it works well with any colour makes it great for lots of topcoats and nail arts too - I love it! So much cheaper than Chanel's Frenzy too, and guilt free for the price! ;)

Thank you for the follow, really appreciate it Zoey :) xx

  2. Thanks Lucia for your comment!
